Building Control application for a single story kitchen and living room extension in St Leonards on Sea.
The client is refurbishing their detached 1930s house. They had previous experience applying for planning application and working with Building Control, so just need some help creating a drawings package for the work.
The design was already fairly finalised in the client’s mind, so we were able to spend an afternoon measuring and drawing the existing building and then complete a full set of plans, sections, elevations and details within a short timeframe, ready for the client to submit the Building Control application themselves.
